These Terms of Service define how we work together. They exist to create clarity, fairness, and a respectful collaboration between you and Onlix. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Onlix provides human-first, AI-enhanced design services in the following areas:
All services are design-focused only. Development, coding, hosting, or deployment are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.
Projects begin after scope approval and confirmation from both sides. A 42% deposit is required to initiate work. This ensures commitment and allows us to dedicate focused time and resources to your project.
Logo design includes concept development, refinement, and final delivery based on the selected package. Final files and usage rights are provided after full payment is completed.
Branding services may include logo systems, color palettes, typography, visual language, and brand guidelines. The exact scope is clearly defined before work begins.
Website UI/UX design focuses on structure, usability, and visual experience. Deliverables may include wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. No coding or website development is included.
Mobile app UI/UX design focuses on user flows, interface design, and usability for mobile platforms. Deliverables are design files or prototypes as agreed.
Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time, cost, or a revised timeline.
After the initial deposit, the remaining 58% is due upon final delivery. Payments reflect the time and expertise invested. Completed work is non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, and timely feedback. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.
Ownership of final designs is transferred after full payment is received. Onlix retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While we aim for excellence, Onlix is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform issues, or outcomes beyond reasonable control.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in services or operations. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
