At Onlix, we believe great work begins with clarity, trust, and mutual commitment. Our payment structure is designed to protect both you and us — while keeping the process smooth, transparent, and respectful.
Once we confirm your project scope, timeline, and deliverables, a 42% deposit is required to begin. This secures time, focus, and creative resources for your project.
The remaining 58% is due after project completion and final delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to review the work before settling the balance.
We do not require full upfront payment. Every project moves forward only after mutual clarity and agreement.
Creative work begins immediately after approval. Work completed up to any stage is non-refundable, as it reflects time, expertise, and dedicated effort.
